Cheers to 6 Years!  

It's true what they say: time flies when you're having fun, and the past six years have been a lot fun, to say the least! We are incredibly grateful for every person that has spent time in one of our shops — we know there are lot of choices when it comes to craft beer, and we are humbled by your patronage. Anniversary Celebration!

Join us Saturday, June 10th for our 6th Anniversary Celebration and the release of Geburtstagskranz - our 6th anniversary beer - brewed in collaboration with The Bruery! 

We'll have a killer tap list at each location, including some past collaborations and batch two of Foggiest Idea (draft-only), a rebrew of our Beer Week collab with Pizza Port and Half Door.

Geburtstagskranz Release

As part of our anniversary celebration, we'll be releasing Geburtstagskranz - our 6th anniversary beer, brewed in collaboration with The Bruery! 

This luxurious Stout was inspired by Black Forest Cake and is a blend of barrel-aged and non barrel-aged imperial stouts with with cherries and chocolate added. We’re super excited to share it with you at our 6th Anniversary Celebration June 10th at all locations!

Inspiration: Black Forest Cake
Blend: 50% Stout and 50% Bourbon barrel-aged Imperial Stout
Additions: Vanilla, Cacao nibs and tart cherries
ABV: 9.5%
Release: June 10th at all Bottlecraft locations

Eric | Girardin 1882 (Black Label)

"Girardin 1882, the sleeper Gueuze. Funk forward with a pleasant tartness to back it up. This 4th generation, family owned and operated, lambic producer has been supplying some of the best blenders in Belgium including Drie Fonteinen and Tilquin. 1882 Gueuze Black Label is unpasteurized and unfiltered, and unlike your typical gueuze, is a blend of 12, 18, and 24 month old lambic.

It pours hazy golden in color and hits you in the face with barnyard funk, followed by zesty lemon-lime notes and a balanced acidity - complex, tart, delicious. Girardin only exports a miniscule amount of their beer to the US and ONLY in 375ml, so swing by and swoop one now."
