Sour Farmhouse Ale
“Spontaneously fermented farmhouse style ale; fruity apricot aroma with light funky notes and sour dry finish. 4.7% ABV”
“Brewed using a traditional sour mash and then fermented in an open top oak foeder this tart wheat ale is a unique amalgamation of German inspiration and Sonoma County terroir. Dry, funky, and refreshing...Prost! 3.6% ABV”
“Springtime German Style Maibock. Very balanced with a ride that starts sweet up front & bends through notes of spice and hints of burnt malt & hops. 6.4% ABV”

The Sticky Sour, Batch 3
“100% Spontaneously Fermented Wild Golden Sour which spends 7-12 months in French Oak Barrels, and is finally dry hopped with a copious amount of Citra & Comet hops, producing a juicy, robust sour beer with notes of pine needles and our usual apricot lemon overtones. 5% ABV”
Holding Pattern, Batch 1
“An imperial take on our flagship Sour Farmhouse Ale. Brewed in 2015 this beer was bottled in August of 2016 and has been conditioning in bottles in our cellar (a holding pattern if you will) for the past 18 months. Loaded with aromas of apricot and dried fruit, an elegant touch of funk with a balanced acid backbone and a slight warming finish from the 8% ABV.”
