"We proudly continue our beer/wine hybrid series with Eau d’ Vine Rouge. A blend of our American Wild Ale base fermented in French oak California Chardonnay barrels for 6-18 months with a house mixture of multiple wild yeasts and bacteria. It was aged for an additional 3 months on juicy Cabernet Franc & Merlot wine grapes picked just at the peak of ripeness and grown in Buellton, California. The beer has conditioned in the bottle for 4 months to obtain the characteristic carbonation of Eau d' Vine."
